The online exam list cost is $14.95 which is collected electronically via a secure website using a valid credit card. This pricing is subject to promotional discounts for limited times at the discretion of Food Handler Solutions, LLC. Fees are collected electronically at the time of registration.

By checking a box at the time of checkout you have the option to opt-in to unlimited exams for a small fee.

This is not mandatory but if it is not selected then only two attempts at the exam are allowed per purchase. If you do not pass after the second attempt with either of the previously mentioned options, you will be required to retake the course prior to attempting the exam a third and fourth time.

Refunds after the online exam have been taken may be provided under special circumstances at the discretion of Food Handler Solutions on a per-case basis.

Special circumstances include but are not limited to:

• The purchase was made without the consent of the cardholder
• The certificate is not accepted by the customer's local regulatory agency and the customer can demonstrate a website-related issue that occurred which prevented them from viewing the provided state requirements prior to purchase.
